so far so good

it's been alomost a week since class started.. so how's my new year's resolution coming along? well really good actually.. ok let's c, (refer to previous post)

1) cf not started yet, but i went to the cf booth yesterday to ask when's the meeting n they said next wednesday.. so God willing i'll start attending cf from now on.. didn't really wanna join last semester coz, well got reason lah!! oh btw i saw the brochure n there were ppl from petra n setapak gospel centre in the committee.. so.. .. .. the teachings "should" be biblically sound lah.. .. ... kua.. .. .. but anyway the purpose of a cf is for fellowship, not teaching rite? after all, it's christian "fellowship"

2) friends ah, well there are still clicks n gangs in class coz most of them did foundation together in tarc.. so kinda hard for ppl like me who just only knew them last sem to invade their comfort zone loh.. so far, still many hi/bye friends but slowly lah.. at least i'll always have dot!! hehe btw she shifted apartment to my floor d, so much nearer now.. if there's anything, i'm only a scream away!!

3) uncle william brought this girl, elaine to church not long ago.. he actually met her in a bus station or something n told her bout the free tuition for her younger sis.. haha admire him lah!! anyway she's been coming for our meetings almost every week now n obviously we c an open door here so plz pray k.. last month unc soon leong bought a bible for her so b4 watch night service she asked me to explain how to read the bible.. it's really encouraging that she was asking questions, praise God!

4) last semester only jacob, dot n me car pool to class.. but this year we added another 2 passengers: hang haw n doreen.. hang haw is my classmate n he also lives in alpha condo so we insisted to fetch him also.. doreen leh, hmm funny story.. she got into an accident during the sem break n broke her left leg!! ouch, so her family was worried that she might not be able to attend class anymore coz usually she sits bus/taxi to uni n she cant anymore.. then *jengjengjeng* my father, who was her father's childhood friend went to visit them last month n the fathers found out that their daughters r studying the same course in the same uni, the same year n sem but diff class lah.. hehe so their prayers for her transport was answered.. now we've been fetching her from her condo in melati right to the doorstep of the class (well not right in front lah, she still have to walk abit) kesian dia..

5) have been praying with jacob almost every nite now, so far so good.. .. maybe we should ask more ppl to join us n form a prayer group.. hmm.. .. ..

6) i'm proud to say that i did my statistics tutorial yesterday!! finish u know!! wohoo!! something i've never really done b4 ;p haha but unfortunately i still fall asleep in class (even at the 1st class of the year!!) hey i cant help it!! mr pozi so dull.. .. zz z z z... .. well i drank coffee this mornin so i'll c if the caffein works anot..

7) no camera, so sad.. ..

8) er, not much improvement in my mandarin/hokkien/kanto so far.. but i learnt that dust in mandarin is called "hui chen"!! fuyoh, i remember!! but not sure if i remember the accent correctly anot.. .. .. hUI chEN? HUi cHEN?
