When I called, why was there no one to answer?

and obeys the word of his servant?
Let him who walks in the dark,
who has no light,
trust in the name of the LORD
and rely on his God
11 But now, all you who light fires
and provide yourselves with flaming torches,
go, walk in the light of your fires
and of the torches you have set ablaze.
This is what you shall receive from my hand:
You will lie down in torment.

To all saints out there who profess to know our Lord Jesus Christ, please keep in mind that although our God is love, He is also a God of wrath.. plenty of times we people tend to make decisions without first seeking His will.. ya it's 1 thing to pray about a matter/problem/decision, but it's another to actually wait upon Him, to quiet down our hearts to listen to what He has to say.. like in verse 2, God wants to be there for us, n He is/was/will always be there!! plz don underestimate His power and take things into our own hands, especially when we're dealing with God's matters.. It's our Father's house, shouldn't He deserve all rights to decide everything pertaining to His household? Already there r "christians" opening "churches" that accept ALL kinds of people and behaviour.. "christians" who tolerate er, u know wat, and think that whatever they r doing actually pleases God.. People!! Open up the Bible n read!!

I don understand how some "church leaders" can graduate to being pastors/teachers if they can misinterprete or ignore this verse (and a whole lot more other verses on this topic).. i really tak faham lah, or am i missing something here? n so i wonder if they're actually opening "churches" for the Lord's sake or just to satisfy and accommodate their er, "way of living"? As i mentioned earlier, this is our Father's house, n we have to be very careful what practices we bring/allow into the place of worship.. Rmb, our God is a God of wrath, don't we fear Him? y r we simply storing up wrath on ourselves?? He didn't appoint us to suffer wrath ok, ppl, He appointed us to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. Before i go to sleep, last verse k.. btw i've come across alot of verses about being in the light today n since we're dealing with ephesians so much in our sunday Bible discussions, i'll take a verse fr there..
Ephesians5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.
Live as children of light
9 (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth)
10 and find out what pleases the Lord.
11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.
12 For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.
13 But everything exposed by the light becomes visible,
14 for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said:
"Wake up, O sleeper.
rise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you."
15 Be very careful, then, how u live-not as unwise but as wise,
16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is.

Maybe there r a lot of people reading ur blog just that dono how to comment. Well, actually, my mum already said that or finally said that i m allowed to go to protestant church just because she found a letter I wrote to God during my depressed time last sem. but surprisingly I din't feel any surprised feeling that I should feel. I still like the way u talks about the bible or God.
